Some of our family live and farm in SouthWest Kansas. Their
semi truck, on the left, is unloading milo. When the harvest is
bountiful and the elevators full, the grain is temporally stored on
the ground. Later itÕs transported out, or, as room becomes
available moved into the elevators.
Lesson! God never promised to solve all our problems, and
God never promised an answer to every question. But He did
promise a seed time and a harvest.
Our responsibility is important, but limited. We cultivate the soil,
care for it, plant the seed and nurture it. Then when we have
done what we are able, we can do no more. We canÕt force the
seed to grow. GodÕs plan is that the seed must Þrst die before it
can bring forth life. God, in His inÞnite wisdom, has called on
us to complete the cycle. We plant, we nurture, but God gives
